You’ve been told to be quieter, easier, less. But know this ...
You are not
too much
I’m an autistic peer support coach who helps neurodivergent adults know, love, and accept themselves ... just as they are.
When you work with me there’s no mask to hold, no script to follow. Because you’re not broken, you’re becoming.
Who I Work With
You’ve lived most of your life feeling out of place, struggling to fit in, and wondering why things that are hard for you seem easy for everyone else. Maybe you struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and putting yourself last.
The people around you seem to be working from a set of secret instructions for life while you oscillate between working hard to prove yourself and collapsing into burnout.
You’re asking so many questions, searching for answers, and looking for a soft place to land where you can be seen and heard without judgment while you discover yourself.
You’ll Never
Hear this
from Me …
We’re all a little autistic/ADHD.
You’re so sensitive!
You must be “high functioning.”
Don’t be so emotional. Calm down!
You don’t look autistic/ADHD.
I’m Cheryl
At age 40, I discovered that I’m autistic and ADHD (AuDHD). I cycled through relief, anger, grief, and joy. I finally had a word to describe how I’m wired, but I also had to face years of pain, struggle, confusion, and loss.
Finding an autistic peer support coach and safe spaces filled with other autistic people transformed my life. This is where I could unmask and learn about my needs, strengths, challenges, and joy as an AuDHD person. Now I love providing the same support to other neurodivergent adults.
